Discover customer metrics-related pain points and help structure this information for them. Build a metrics strategy and create KPIs that can be consumed for executives, middle managers, and developers.
Guide customers through the entire metrics development cycle. Transform data and create new KPIs, be creative and have a deep understanding of the existing data sources.
Drive customer feedback to Bitergia Analytics management and engineering to ensure the best experience, and help building prototypes to bridge customers and internal teams.
Experience with collaborative development tools like Git, and GitHub or GitLab
Proficiency in English
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Python development, in particular with the libraries pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Jupyter notebooks, and some visualization libraries.
SQL databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch
