The Challenge

The automotive tier 1 supplier created software-defined products and was rapidly growing. However, due to re-work, the software delivery process was plagued with long times to market. Developer turnover was high due to dissatisfaction. The organization needed to gain the tools and skills to analyze the software development process from end to end. The goal was to establish a positive and productive software development culture.
